DAILY DOSE AND RECOMMENDED INTAKE
Take 2 x 3 capsules daily with sufficient liquid. It is beneficial to consume ½ hour before the meal with about 200 ml of still water.

Molybdenum contributes to a normal metabolism of sulphurous amino acids. Vitamin C helps to protect the cells from oxidative stress.
