Payment and dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:

Dispatch conditions

Domestic delivery only.

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Dispatch costs are calculated on the basis of the gross order value:

- £4.95 per order for orders up to £50.00

- £9.50 per order for orders between ￡50.00 - ￡500.00

 - £19.50 per order for orders between £500.00 - £1,000.00

Orders over £1,000.00 will be dispatched free of charge.

If the dispatch involves bulky goods (freight forwarding), we calculate and advise the cost for this individually.

Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description.

Delivery of download items:

Supply of download products: Download products (digital content which is not supplied on a physical data carrier) do not incur shipping costs.

Download products are sent to you as data via E-mail within 96 hours after concluding the contract (with an agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made within 2 to 5 working days from conclusion of contract in case of advance payment with a credit/debit card. In case of payment by bank transfer, your order will be dispatched once your payment has cleared our account. Delivery times can be longer if an item is out of stock.

Please note that deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

If you have ordered products with different delivery dates, we send the products together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the product with the longest delivery time.

In case of self-collection, we will inform you by email once the product is ready, along with the collection options. In this case, dispatch costs will not be charged.Terms of payment

-  Payment with a credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and JCB only) via the wordplay payment system by following the instructions on our web site

-  Payment by bank transfer by following the instructions on our web site
