Postage & Packing is £4.95 per order for orders up to £50.00, £9.50 per order for orders between ￡50.00 - ￡500.00, £19.50 per order for orders between £500.00 - £1,000.00. No charge for orders over £1,000.00.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on the shopping cart and follow the instructions for check-out.

Delivery Schedule
All orders are despatched directly from Rayonex Biomedical GmbH in Germany. Please allow 2-4 working days for delivery of stocked items. Delivery times can be longer if an item is out of stock.
Credit/Debit Card Security
All credit/debit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using the latest encryption with an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) service for your security. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt of the goods. You may contact us by email, telephone, or letter within the specified period.
Reimbursement would be made as soon as possible but within 30 days and include our normal delivery charge, if applicable.
Some items, e.g. electrical devices, come with their own manufacturer's warranty (e.g. 12 months); this is in addition to the above.
Where goods are deemed to be faulty, please notify us of your intention to return the goods, stating your reason for doing so.
Once you have notified us of a return, we will contact you with our returns address details and instructions for the safe return of the item(s). Videos and Books should remain unopened (sealed).
